I strive to provide “invisible service” — I work very quietly and discreetly in your home
I work quickly yet with precision & attention to safety — you won’t have to worry about “keeping an eye on me”
I honor your privacy — when I visit your home, everything that I see and am told is confidential
I promise to not leave you hanging — my day is not done until I have implemented a workable solution
I will to respond to your emergencies in a flash because I live in your neighborhood
I purposefully use non-technical language to describe the problems and potential solutions to you — this will help you better decide which path you would like to take
I am a strong communicator, and am sure to keep you abreast of any unforeseen changes in the plan
I am well connected in the contractor and maintenance community — if I need additional knowledge to find the best solution, I am not afraid to ask for help
I want to be certain that you are a satisfied customer, whether you decide to hire me or not

Honest & Transparent Rates

Labor rates are $65/hour (effective 11/1/20)
All house calls have a 2 hour minimum
Material costs will never be marked up nor will you ever have surprising charges on your bill — its just labor!
If material purchasing is necessary (over $50), I request material money in advance
